I recently used Town Mechanical for five different jobs over a period of four months. At each instance the service was excellent, on-time and professionally done. I dealt with Brent (the owner) and Matt. They worked quickly and efficiently and always showed patience with my many questions. I recommend this company fully and would give them ten stars if I could.

I called Town Mechanical last week with a plumbing emergency. I was headed out of town early the next morning and was hoping someone could come that day. They had Matt there in 15 minutes!! Matt did a great job fixing the problem. Matt was patient in answering all of my questions. I was able to leave town confident that everything was fixed. Highly recommend!

I recently had some great service on an emergency issue having to do with my septic pump. I put in a request through their Google form on Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday morning they showed up at my door to take a look at the problem. 2 hours later they had finished up to my complete satisfaction and relief and headed off to their next job.

Although we had called a few plumbing companies Town Mechanical was the first to get back to us in a matter of hours. Brent was very professional and courteous as we explained our 30 year old hot water tank although not leaking was in need of replacement. Our hot water did have a brownish colour to it. We wanted to be proactive/preemptive. At the same time a pressure switch for our well pump had a very slow leak. We asked Brent a costing of a new hot water tank as well as the pressure switch replacement. Brent got back to us the same day with what we believe to be a very reasonable price. We exchanged a few emails and a time was set for a few days later. Received a call from Matt prior to the arranged time to let us know he was just leaving the shop and would be at our home at the arranged time. Matt was a very professional and polite individual. In discussions we learned he was a fourth generation plumber. He took the time to explain what he was doing and we appreciated that. The final bill was exactly as Brent had quoted us. We are very pleased with the work that was done including the cleanliness afterwards. Can't say enough positive things about Town Mechanical or Brent and Matt. Unquestionably we will contact them for any and all future plumbing needs.

Brent and Matt from Town Mechanical were fantastic to deal with from start to finish. Matt installed our air conditioner and a month later the air conditioner had a complete malfunction which was no fault to Matt. Brent and Matt called the air conditioning company and replaced the entire unit the next day at obviously no extra charge. When I texted Brent the video of the AC making noise and stalling, he immediately called Matt to attend the house to try to fix the problem. Matt stayed late into the evening troubleshooting the AC, calling other experts in the field to make sure he didn’t miss a thing. It was then confirmed the AC was a faulty unit. Brent and Matt ensured it was rectified immediately the next morning. Their professionalism and quality of service is something that you can not find anymore. After the new AC was installed, Brent followed up the next day to make sure there was no other issues. I later found out that Brent was on vacation while he was dealing with this AC replacement. Great service. I highly recommend Town Mechanical.

Our son had used Town Mechanical a few months ago and highly recommended them. He was right. When I called on the 29th of December with my backed up pipe and dishwasher that wouldn't drain, except back into the kitchen sink, we were treated promptly and professionally by Matt. He is a highly likeable young man who called 20 minutes before arrival, arrived on time and got straight to work. He figured out exactly where to tackle the problem, went about his work, tested the results and billed very fairly. I would not hesitate to recommend Town Mechanical to anyone requiring their services.

Our hot water tank had a slow leak and with a call to Town Mechanical, Brent and Matt quickly responded with a visit that day and a replacement tank installed in a few days. They also were able to confirm the tank had warranty and worked with the supplier to get all the paperwork done. These guys are the best!

I called Town Mechanical based on recommendations I received thru the Carleton Place Social Scene Facebook site where I had asked for advice on local plumbers. Town were able to send a team promptly. I had two clogged/slow drain problems kitchen sink main level and upstairs ensuite pair of sinks plus a few minor loose tap handle problems. Both drain issues proved extremely complex and challenging, but through determined efforts, both were finally solved. Huge thank you to Matt and Travis, both were extremely professional, kind and used great dogged ingenuity to in the end find and fix all issues. Town Mechanical is now "my plumber" and it's reassuring to know that when my next plumbing problem or emergency arises I have a go-to that I'm completely confident with. Highly recommended! Thanks to Matt, Travis and their home team.

Brent was quick to act on my request for service. His staff, Matt and Travis, contacted me promptly to arrange a suitable time to attend. They were clean, professional, and worked diligently to complete the required work. They resolved my water filtration system issues quickly, affordably, and effectively. I have used them for several other services and they are always quick to respond and provide excellent service. Matt consistently goes above and beyond when working in your home. We've had a few issues with toilets and plumbing in the past couple of years. I must say as I'm moved to do so, that dealing with Brent Matt and Travis the last few weeks was a total pleasure and reaffirms my faith in the fact that there are some honest and excellent humans out there. 100 % positive experience and the work exemplary!
